I wanted to look closer how project description events are implemented and figured that a good way would be to write a test suite for those. While working on the test cases I noticed that a few events advertised in ICDescriptionDelta are not implemented such as

- ICDescriptionDelta.DESCRIPTION
- ICDescriptionDelta.LANGUAGE_ID
- ICDescriptionDelta.ERROR_PARSER_IDS
