patch + plugin adaptor

Modisco browser can easily be integrated to Papyrus. 
The integration need two parts:
- a small modification of the ECoreBrowser class, provided as a patch.
- a plugin used as adaptor between Modisco and Papyrus. This plugin could be provided by Papyrus or Modisco (need discutions between teams.) 

Attachement contains both. The patch can already be integrated to Modisco.

Hi,

I have committed the patch.

The org.eclipse.papyrus.adaptor.modisco plug-in is waiting a discussion between teams to know where to store it.

The adapter was committed in the papyrus repository:

I made another patch to the adapter for improved browser refresh (see bug 302853)
