We need to clarify the Java 7 work:
1) the release date is later (might be second half of 2010 or even later)
2) we are slowed down since we have to wait for publicly available specs (e.g. JSRs) of JSR292, JSR294 and project Coin. This means that Java 7
support won't be completely done for the 3.6 release.

==>

Add support for Java SE 7 features. The next feature release of Java SE is version 7, which will probably be available in the second half of 2010. While the contents of this release are still under discussion, that release is expected to contain extensions to the Java language, including annotations on types (JSR-308), modularity support (JSR-294), and other minor language changes (Coin project). Eclipse Java tooling will include initial support for compiling, editing, and launching applications for Java 7 for those parts which have publicly available specifications (only JSR-308 at this point). Thanks Dani. I suggested to McQ the possibility of marking that one deferred, but he was concerned that it would send the wrong message since there will be some progress in 3.6 on the specs that we do have available. I like your revised wording much better.

Please also add the RC dates to the milestones.

We usually do this by adding a link to the end-game plan rather than duplicating the information. I'll add "3.6 endgame" to my list of upcoming plan work so that we have that information available long before we get there.

Sounds inconsistent to me: we already duplicate the milestone dates so why not the RCs?

Ah, you meant our own, not the Helios end game plan. I still think it would be more readable to have all milestones/RC on the same page together. Of course we can still add the end-game link.
