In Vex the look and feel of the dialogs of the content assists ('Add Element' and 'Convert Element') should conform to other content assists in Eclipse.

This means:
- No window decorations, etc.
- Customizable background color: Window > Preferences: General > Appearance > Colors and Fonts: Basic > Content assist background color
- Location: bellow caret/selection
- If empty then content assist should not be shown
- Add element: if there is only one type of element to add then add it without showing dialog
- ...

The current implementation satisfies the requirements given by this bug, except:

1. If there is something selected (e.g. a word) then the dialogs pop ups below the cursor and not left aligned below the selection.

2. The dialog pop ups even if there is only one or no item to choose from.

I'm not sure if (1) and (2) are the right decisions. Because of this I closed this bug. If (1) or (2) is required then please reopen the bug or better fill a new bug/enhancement report.
