Note that there are some references for org.eclipse.hyades.analysis.engine that remain in other plug-ins that will be removed in bug 297132 or bug 297134. References to org.eclipse.hyades.analysis.engine in org.eclipse.tptp.platform.doc.isv should also be updated.

I have updated it for future builds to point to 4.6.2. The URL will be updated in the 4.7.0 RC2 driver manually.
Verified API recorder link points to 4.6.2 on TPTP-4.7.0RC4-201006081927.
