Since my contributions are quickly intregated, I can not wait more to propose an improvment to the existing CreateElementDropDownAction class.

Improvements are the following :
- Some Labels are present in the menu to better distinguish the "Create Child" and the "Create Sibling" areas, or when none action is available
- when a single action is enabled, it is directly executed while pressing the button (same behavior as before)
- when more than one action is enabled, we automatically prompt the menu (same as the user had clicked on the DOWN_ARROW area).
