Mylyn should support OSLC repositories via Submit Bug or Enhancement capability. The extension point would need to identify oslc as the connector kind  and we would then implement a custom OSLC SupportHandler to report the bug to the appropriate location.

Mylyn has been restructured, and our issue tracking has moved to GitHub [1].
