Description Olivier Thomann CLA 2009-11-11 11:17:49 EST
Today around 10:40am, I tried to tag jdt.core projects in order to update a map file.
I had to do it three times as it failed in the middle of the tagging. During the third attempt, I went on the portal to see the nodes load and I could see a cvs process with my login name beside it on node 4 which was the busiest node at that time (load above 11).
Most nodes were not busy at that time. I wonder why load balancing put me on the busier node.

FWIW, the load balancer is not aware of the server's actual CPU/disk load. It balances the number of incoming connections, regardless of what they end up doing.
