I can tear off every tab in the system _except_ for the Editor windows. I have a multi-monitor system, and tearing off individual text files into separate windows would be very useful.

This was mentioned within the original post for this bug report: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=96428. However, none of the commentary on that bug report addresses this particular issue.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attempt to tear off any other tab: works.
2. Attempt to tear off an Editor tab: get an outline of the torn off tab, but get a "don't" icon.
