org.eclipse.gmt.modisco.common.core internationalization patch

Hi,

You can find in the attachments a patch that refactors the
"org.eclipse.gmt.modisco.common.core" component to conform to the
internationalization requirements.

The CommonMoDiscoActivator has been also modified to save the EcoreCatalog.

The contributors of these features are: Grégoire Dupé

All this contribution is made available under EPL by its different authors
whose Employer Consent Forms should have been received by the Foundation.

Hi,

The path file contains 673 lines but the patch application modifies only about 122 lines (less than 250 lines). A CQ is then not needed.
