The "classic" LTTv has a separate histogram view which boils down to an event density histogram.

Here, we could either integrate a standalone view or integrate an histogram widget in the Time Frame View.

Changed milestone to 0.6 since it is almost done already.

The HistogramView was re-worked to take advantage of the request types (long vs. short) and the basic functionality works nicely.

Bug315889 (target 0.6.1) was opened to cover for the remaining concerns.
