When a use or migration scan is done, there is no simple way to tell what the scans were done against - for example that a use scan was done against an Eclipse 3.4 baseline. It would be extremely useful to have a summary or some kind of metadata on the index page of the scan that outlines some (all) of the information from the scan like:

1. baselines used
2. locations
3. scan parameter(s)
4. date of the scan

for example.
