The Control Flow view wraps the Time Analysis widget and a Jface table to align the information related to a Process, 
this wrapper contains a common vertical bar to visualise all processes. 
   since the time scale is contained within the time analysis widget, vertical scrolling down will cause the time scale widget to become invisible, 
 it is desirable to keep the time scale widget visible at all times to facilitate the analysis.

From Bug310889:

- The Time Scale in the Control flow view is not accessible when scrolling down
via the vertical scroll bar.

- Similarly the horizontal scroll bar many not be visible at times

The above issues are both triggered from the use if a wrapper scrollable
composite grouping the table and the time analysis widget in order to
synchronize its move,

In order to increase the facility to navigate in this view, it's propose to
remove the vertical wrapper scroll bar, let the two table and time analysis
widgets operate with their corresponding horizontal and vertical scrollbars but
it will be necessary to synchronize the two vertical scroll bars,

Fixed by implementation of time graph combo in bug 378401.
