JettyConfigurator allows two servers to be started with the same id . This should throw an exception. See the attached test case.

Fixed in HEAD
This is a doc bug. If "start" is called with an id that already exists the existing server will be restarted with the new settings.

Simon, should the version increase to 2.0.100 just for a doc bug?  The version has not increased since 3.5.0 for the jetty 6 bundle.

After talking with Tom it looks like it's a good idea to bump the minor version here to better us allow tracking of changes post release.

We have some coordination to do in order to increment the version of this bundle.  I opened bug310466 to track this.
