Recent modifications of WebUtil have changed the way connectors need to handle progress monitors. JIRA, Trac and Bugzilla need to be updated accordingly.

Not sure, yet. Some calls to beginTask() need to probably be removed and be replaced by usage of SubMonitor.

I have committed a fix for now to ensure that progress reporting works in a backwards compatible way. We should revisit this in the future to get rid of the infinite progress monitors throughout the framework and use SubMonitor instead.
