When changing the name of a link in the GUI (Property Tab) the link name is changed in the <flow>, but not in the <source> and <target> in which it is referenced. Thereby the link is broken after close/open.

Proposed final patch.

This is the propost patch that Simon will review and check into CVS. Parts of the patch have been commited earlier the week so please forgive incompleteness. It should still be enough to figure out the way to the solution.
