Build Identifier: Eclipse 3.5 + MWE 0.7.2

The writer class is missing some flexibility as described in http://www.openarchitectureware.org/forum/viewtopic.php?showtopic=11232 for reference. The changes described there are not into the Eclipse MWE release. Please add them as they make the Writer class more flexible.

Reproducible: Always

Remove final from encoding and add a setter to make it configurable

Writer already applies the necessary options when it saves resources. However, the encoding attribute is final and has no setter. Four lines of codes will change this and make the class more useful.

Finally added.
