Code assist very rarely actually pulls up a code suggestion select list.

Sometimes, more often recently, an Eclipse error alert comes up saying that ComputeContextinformation() (may not be exactly correct name) has failed in the PHP.suggest has failed or timed out.

If that doesn't happen, Eclipse still locks up for 5-30 seconds. It's killing my work flow.

While trying to reproduce this, Eclipse is now hanging and is not responding. It's been like this for at least 3 minutes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. type '$' and a letter
2a. locks up for 3 seconds and then unlocks, allowing me to continue typing
2b. freezes for variable amount of time
3a. restores with no suggestions
3b. alerts Eclipse error stating PHP suggestion computer something has failed to exit
3c. shows list of suggestions
