Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.add a partnerlink to a bpel process
2.come to the property view, the detail tab, you can click the Browse button to open a 'choose the parnerlinktype' wizard
3.In the wizard, the default display the partnerlink type 'From Imports'
4.In the Matches box, you can get the partnerlink types from imports
5.In the Partnerlink type structures box , you can see the partnerlink type's structure
But when you switch from 'From Imports' to 'From Project', there is nothing in the Parnterlink type strucutres box.
