this issue is same to https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE-4481

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a bpel project and import the bpel file named complexExchange.bpel
2.In the properties view, the detailed tab, click the Browse button to open the parner link type wizard.
3.Click the From Workspace button ,then click the From Project button, the issue occured.

I couldn't reproduce this on my machine, however the patch does certainly not hurt, so I decided to release it, too.
