this issue is same to https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE-4471

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open a bpel file and choose a 'Receive' element (if no Receive, create one)
1.In the properties view, choose the message exchange tab
2.there is a combobox, in it, you can create a local message exchange.
but if you do this operation, you will get a error:
java.lang.NullPointerException
at org.eclipse.gef.editparts.AbstractEditPart.getRoot(AbstractEditPart.java:551)

I couldn't reproduce this on my machine, but the additional if-check looks safe, so I will release it.
