The new MenuBar is not informed when a dropdown-menu is closed by the Qooxdoo-MenuManager. This can lead it to belive a menu that has been closed by the manager still to be open when the user tries to open the same menu twice in a row. In this case the menu does not appear. It works again if another menu has been opend.
