Creating a link between elements with a container is difficult because it requires the user to precisely select the figure border or its header to allow link (Dependency) creation.
The following behavior added to Compartment solves this issue: org.eclipse.papyrus.diagram.common.editpolicies.CustomContainerEditPolicy.
