The hudson build runs as a user w/o commit rights.  Thus it can't update the existing p2 repos or download site directly. I need to write some scripts to copy the content from the hudson build site to download.eclipse.org, and merge the new repo into the existing composite repos.  I should also change how rsync works so that it's not
eclipsebuildserv-> fullmoon->download.eclipse.org
but rather
build.eclipse.org -> download.eclipse.org

And the eclipse project content would be mirrored as are the other projects, directly from download.eclipse.org

Also need a cronjob to delete old content on staging site.  The hudson user can copy content to the staging site but cannot delete it.

Cronjob added to delete old signing artifacts from build.eclipse.org in /home/data/httpd/download-staging.priv/eclipse

cronjobs are there, just have to be tested

This bug doesn't matter any more since in bug 355430 we won't be running builds from Hudson, only the tests.
