We have a new plugin that adds Java-level support to org.eclipse.wst.common.modulecore.ui's Module Assembly page.  Currently, there is no feature at the Common level for it to reside in.
For expediency's sake, we would like to put it into org.eclipse.jst.web_ui.feature for now.
