After the changes to context propagation in 3.2, there is a chance that old structure bridges may cause the propagation to fail. We need to investigate what the problem is and if there is a way that we can guard against this while providing bridge developers information on how to prevent this.

Shawn, thanks for your help on this one.  Turns out that removing the hack that we found was the key.
