Need to extend the Buckminster support so that it will work with Tigerstripe modules (from a Maven Repo) as well as projects (from SVN). It would be nice to be able to use the 'source' attribute to select whether to load the actual project or a modules.

Per my discussion with Eric, we'll remove Buckmister support from Tigerstripe.
