Description Robert Elves CLA 2009-08-20 13:28:11 EDT
Testing against https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugstest/ has revealed a bug related to local users (short names) enabled server side. If enabled on 3.4.1, submitting of changes from the task editor will fail.

Marking as invalid. Bugzilla 3.4.1 now returns truncated email addresses in the xml if the user has not authenticated, resulting in a failure to submit. The scenario where this problem can arise is when the user's id is present but password is missing (their keystore is gone). This will be infrequent and even more so when bug 278474 is addressed.
