TableDataEditor patch

Build ID: M20090211-1700

Steps To Reproduce:
1. On Data Source Exploler view, select a table and right click
Data > Edit. -> Table Data Editor opens.
2. On Table Data Editor, select an item of the data row and
right click 'Delete Row' and 'Save'(Cntrl + s).
3. Delete Rows dialog displays and click 'Yes'.
4. On Table Data Editor, select an item of the data row and
right click 'Edit Value' or 'Insert Row', and 'Save'.
-> The confirmation dialog is displayed though 'Delete Rows'
      is not executed.

I attached an patch to fix this problem.
