These suites seem to always fail, these days: 

org.eclipse.jpt.core.tests.internal.JptCoreTests 
org.eclipse.jpt.eclipselink.core.tests.internal.JptEclipseLinkCoreTests 	

From the errors, it appears some pre-req test jars are missing. 

Do the tests or prereqs differ in the two branches? 

Need some build help straightening this out? 

I'm marking as 'major' since prevents the entire suites from running.
