Refactoring to add an ONLY clause to a USE statement.

-I wrote 100% of the code, including credits where necessary.
-I have the right to contribute to Eclipse
-I have included EPL license header in all source files.

Add Only to Use Refactoring Updated

Updated to check for conflicts when adding to the Only list.

Note that Plugin.xml in org.eclipse.photran.ui.vpg still contains entries to add other refactorings to the refactoring menu.
