I was opening and closing editors.  I finally opened one that opened (and displayed its content), but its tab was not visible.  It was in the drop down list.  Selecting it from the dropdown list did nothing (probably because it assumed it was already selected).

Selecting a different editor and then selecting it from the dropdown made the tab visible.

This is a bug in CTabFolder that I have seen before in other contexts. This bug does not manifest itself when the MRU tab logic is active (as by default in 3.x).
