SWT-like multi-purpose Button

This new button has the functionality of the push-, toggle-, check-, and radio-button. It uses MultiCellWidget and RadioButtonUtil. ButtonUtil is no longer needed. MultiCellWidget is included. The build-custom.sh script has to be run after applying the patch. MultiCellWidget is also included.

Applied the second patch to CVS HEAD with some modifications.

Button spacing from CSS is now also used for the spacing between indicator and content in CHECK and RADIO buttons. Changed theme adapter accordingly.
