It does not trigger the activate context command as it just calls the activate context method through code.  As this is a fequent way of activation, it should be tracked like the acvtivation button in the task editor and in the context menu.

I have committed the patch but we should look over this together to make sure we are capturing the desired events. We should also consider the case when tasks are toggled or deactivated.

I have added an item to the weekly meeting agenda to review the error handling of the command handler invocation since there are (at least) 7 different possible failure scenarios.
