Steps To Reproduce:
When widget is placed in scrollable composite, its mouse wheel events appart from current functionality also makes parrent to scroll.

This is a workaround. Anyway, a corresponding bug is filed in Qooxdoo:

Fixed in CVS HEAD
Added patch to qx.build project and rebuilt qx.js
