Steps To Reproduce:
When widget is placed in scrollable composite, its key and mouse wheel events appart from current functionality also makes parrent to scroll.

Please disregard my second patch, because with it the left and the right arrows does not work for horizontal scrolling of the table.
Instead use the first patch.
The remaining issue is that left and right keys still affect the parrent scrollable composite (only when the table is not scrollable horizontally).

First patch is applied to CVS HEAD.
BTW I can't scroll the table horizontaly with left and right arrows key with or without the patch.

I also can not scroll with the left and right keys now, so you can apply my last patch, which prevents left and right key events bubbling.
