Steps To Reproduce:
When widget is placed in scrollable composite, its mouse wheel events appart from current functionality also makes parrent to scroll.

Applied patch to CVS HEAD. Need to fix the key events too.

Key events are consumed by the widget and does not affects the scrollable parent.
