Additional hooks in SubModuleView (createWorkarea, afterBasicCreatePartControl)

It would be nice to have more control over the layout of the workarea in a SubModuleView in Riena. Therefore it is necessary to add additional hooks to the SubmoduleView so the Application Developer can for example create a SubModuleView with a buttonbar.
