+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #283063 +++

The generated assemble scripts have an <available>  tasks to set the location of the customAssembly.xml.

When building with p2.gathering=true, the new assemble.<feature>.p2.xml scripts does not have the property set.

Workaround, is to set the property in the builder/build.properties file
