rienaid patch

this patch introduces rienaid, an attribute that is automatically assigned to widgets inside riena applications (sub-application switcher, navigation bar, widgets on application views).

rienaid can be used by external UI testing tools to properly identify testable components.

required changes and extra helper classes are included in this patch.
