Photran recently became a component of the PTP project; when I attempt to enter a CQ, it gives the error "Failed to post CQ (IPzilla is missing project 'tools.ptp.photran'; please open a bug about this)"

IPZilla doesn't support project components; please open the CQ against ptp.

Karl, while bug 278901 is open, can we change the wording on the CQ to reflect this limitation?
