After some UIJob the message in ProgressCanvasViewer is in outdated state. The message should be empty after job ends.

Patch to fix this bug

org.eclipse.ui.internal.progress.ProgressCanvasViewer.updateLabel() should upadate related label and set text to empty string if there is nothing to do.
