Eclispe 20021209

Start eclipse with a new workspace.  Verify feature details (Help->about-
>feature details).  Exit Eclipse.  Restart.  Go look at feature details again, 
they are now empty.  Expectation is the same list as before be displayed.

Repeated same test closing welcome page prior to first exit, same results.
I am not self hosting. 

Command line arguements:
D:\ide\eclipse\eclipse.exe -vm d:\jdk\ibm\jdk1.3.1\jre\bin\java -data 
d:\ide\workspace-R2.1 -showlocation -os win32 -ws win32 -arch x86
