Language pack links for I20090607-0400 build are broken. For example:
http://build.eclipse.org/technology/babel/babel_language_packs/I20090607-0400/galileo/BabelLanguagePack-eclipse-fr_3.5.0.v20090607043401.zip

Links from an older I-build (I20090531-0400) were okay.

I fixed this in 1.68 but I may not have pushed it live.

That is what happened.  I have pushed this live.

I'm also removing all the 'broken' builds.  I will verify tomorrow morning to make sure this worked.
