Description Nicolas Mailhot CLA 2009-06-08 10:15:15 EDT
Build ID: I20080617-2000

Steps To Reproduce:
Eclipse can not prompt for the proxy password in a as-needed basis once per session. It forces users to save the password in its settings, which is a security risk and can be contrary to the employer security chart

Nicolas,
Are you still able to reproduce this issue (in 3.4 and newer)? I cannot reproduce it in 3.6 and 3.5.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
