As a user, I'd expect to find an option to export my code formatter profiles in the normal "Export" wizard. Instead, the option is hidden *inside* the profile editor while the "import" option is at least available in the prefs page. I suggest these changes: 1. Register the profile exporter in the export wizard. The exporter must show up when I search for "java" and "format*" 2. Put an "export" button next to the "import" button in the prefs page 3. Suggest a default filename when exporting ("formatter-${profile}.xml")

For now we don't want to provide transfers for things which can be directly exported from the preference page.
