Just updated to Mylyn of Eclipse 3.5RC5.

Occationally the task list seems to loose the connection to one of my Jira repositories.

This is seen when I try to update an issue with new information. If I follow the "submit failed" link at the top of the issue editor, the errors is "user not logged in" (or something on the same note).

If I then go to the task repositories view and re-"validate settings" for the Jira repository in question, the issue can again connect and the change to the issue can be submitted successfully.

I have no exact idea about why/when this happens, but it can be timing related as it seems to happen when I havn't changed anything in the repository for a while (5-10 minutes).
