There are a couple of use cases for non-alphabetical sorting for the Eclipse listing, and in general it seems like it would be helpful.
* We need the "Eclipse" listing to be on top, and currently "Community" sorts first.
* Within the "Eclipse" listing we will want to sort things by relevance, e.g., sorting incubation items last if we add them.

I suggest we add a "group" concept for categories, and allow connectors to specify which group they belong to.  Anything not in a group gets listed last.  For "Eclipse", we would define "features", "bridges" and "connectors" groups, which would be sorted in the order they are defined.
