Many mail and collaborative UIs make use of Alt+S for sending/submitting.  I propose that the task editor use this mnemonic or shortcut as well, since Submit is such a common action, and since Ctrl+Alt+S is hard to hit.  We should still retain the Ctrl+Alt+S shortcut for those already accustomed to it.

Alt+S is a lot more convenient to hit that Ctrl+Alt+S.  This is a great change!

Steffen: It looks like the mnemonic underline is not visible on the Submit button?
