profiler and templates

To detect and solve performance bottlenecks in Xpand and Xtend I have written this profiler. It can help us to improve the quality of Xpand/Xtend within the next release candidates. Also, it was/will be of great value for users of xpand/xtend/checks when optimizing workflows.

Please find attached the ProfilerComponent that can act as callback and WorkflowComponent as patch. Also, the zip contains a newly created test project to gather unit tests for eclipse.xtend.util.stdlib

new plug-in since org.eclipse.xtend.util.stdlib does not have a corresponding test project, yet.

the profiler and its tests will go into org.eclipse.xtend.profiler(.tests) and use the new vetoable callback interface.
